Fall is always an exciting time for the San Diego Children’s Choir, with a variety of public performances ranging from classical to patriotic.

In October we are leaning into the classics with our recent performance with the San Diego Symphony in French Fairytales: Ravel and Debussy. Next up, our choristers will take to the stage, joining the San Diego Opera for Pagliacci.

November brings even more opportunities to hear our singers. Members of the Choir will perform the national anthem at an early November Gulls game, and our Chamber Choir will collaborate with the San Diego Master Chorale for their 65th Anniversary Season Opening Concert, ECHOES, a performance that blends traditions of remembrance and celebration.

The holidays are always a highlight, and this year we get a jump on the celebrations with our final 35th Anniversary Celebration in a Holiday Sing-Along and Winter Concert Teaser at the Spreckels Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park on Black Friday, launching us into the holiday season.

December highlights include our 36th Annual Winter Concert and a beloved annual tradition spanning decades, our choristers will once again join the San Diego Symphony with the San Diego Master Chorale for the holiday favorite, Noel Noel at the Rady Shell.

In partnership with the Spreckels Organ Society, members of the Preparatory, Intermediate, and Premier choirs will perform a selection of Holiday Sing-Along songs. Adam Ferrara, SDCC’s Principal Collaborative Pianist, will play the organ.
