From Bach to the Ballpark, See SDCC this Spring

Spring is here, and the San Diego Children’s Choir is taking to the stage across the region with a season full of unforgettable performances.

From performing with Bach Collegium in Bach’s Mass in B Minor to appearing on stage with San Diego Opera in Carmen, and even singing the National Anthem at Petco Park, our choristers are sharing their voices with the community in powerful and inspiring ways.

With 300+ young voices and performances across San Diego County, there’s something for everyone this season.

A vibrant celebration of choral music across San Diego, with Premier Choir joining fourteen other San Diego choirs for a day-long celebration of choral music in one of three concerts during the San Diego Sings! festival. SDCC choristers will perform at the first concert (11:00 AM). Tickets available through La Jolla Music Society

COLLABORATIVE CONCERT WITH PIEDMONT EAST BAY CHILDREN’S CHOIR & NORTH COAST SINGERS

This concert brings together three youth ensembles in an afternoon of shared music and collaboration. Free to the public.

COLLABORATIVE CONCERT WITH LOS ANGELES CHILDREN’S CHORUS

Intermediate Choir joins the Los Angeles Children’s Chorus for a special collaborative performance celebrating youth choral artistry. Free to the public.

ST MARK'S CONCERT SERIES
Preparatory Choir, Youth Chorale & Chamber Choir
St. Mark’s United Methodist Church

Sunday, April 26 at 4:00 PM
Three choir levels of the San Diego Children’s Choir perform as part of St. Mark’s 2025-26 concert series. This community concert will take place in the St. Mark’s sanctuary and will also be streamed YouTube. Learn more. Free to the public.

SAN DIEGO YOUTH CHORAL FESTIVAL ORGAN PAVILION CONCERT

Spreckels Organ Pavilion, Balboa Park

Experience the Spreckels Organ Pavilion’s Sunday Organ Concert, featuring the largest outdoor organ in the world. The Festival Choirs perform as part of the festival’s culminating concert series, in a program partially supported by the City of San Diego. Free to the public.

Guests visiting Disney California Adventure Park can catch SDCC’s Intermediate Choir and Youth Chorale live at the Hollywood Backlot Stage as a part of their day-long mini-tour. Performance is free with park admission.

36TH ANNUAL SPRING CONCERT: SONGS OF HOPE & PEACE

More than 300 young voices unite in a powerful performance spanning languages and musical styles, from reflective works to joyful, high-energy selections. Highlights include two settings of Dona Nobis Pacem (“Grant Us Peace”), offering a moving reflection on hope and harmony. Tickets go on sale in April.

NATIONAL ANTHEM AT PETCO PARK

Be part of the excitement as SDCC choristers perform the National Anthem at Petco Park before the Padres face the Mets. Gather with fellow families and supporters in reserved Right Field Lower and Upper Level seating for this special community fundraiser. Tickets go on sale in April.

SAN DIEGO YOUTH CHORAL FESTIVAL FINAL PERFORMANCE
Festival Choirs
California Center for the Arts, Escondido
Monday, June 29 at 6:30 PM
Celebrate the culmination of the festival as more than 100 young singers from across the country unite for a vibrant final performance. The program highlights music from Mexico and Central America and features the world premiere of a new work by acclaimed Mexican composer María Granillo. Tickets go on sale in April.
