There are 12(!) chances to see our young singers showcase their hard work, teamwork skills, and artistry at upcoming performances between now and the end of 2026.
From exploring the wonder of changing seasons through music to bringing youth choirs together in song to sharing heart-warming (and earworm-y!) holiday favorites on stages large and small, there’s something for everyone this fall and winter.
Our fall performance season starts this weekend. On Saturday and Sunday, Chamber Choir will join the San Diego Master Chorale’s HORIZONS | Sky & Season for a program that explores wonder, reflection, change, and renewal. The weekend also brings our Apprentice Choir singers to Pechanga Arena, where choristers will kick off a San Diego Gulls ice hockey game with a performance of the National Anthem right on the ice!
On October 29, members of SDCC’s Premier Choir will participate in San Diego State University’s (SDSU) Intergenerational Choir Treble Festival, culminating in a free performance alongside the San Diego Women’s Chorus, Mira Mesa High School, and Tesoro High School.
In mid-November, SDCC’s Intermediate Choir and Youth Chorale will join SDSU and Mira Mesa High School choirs for a free performance at Lincoln High School.
December brings a festive lineup of holiday music and uplifting performances, starting with our 37th annual winter concert performances and sing-along, showcasing all 265 young voices, ages 6–18, across every choir level. The program features beloved holiday classics and choral works from around the world. It opens with Ocho Kandelikas, a festive song celebrating Hanukkah, and as always, culminates in a joyful audience sing-along featuring The 12 Days of Christmas and Auld Lang Syne, a much-loved holiday tradition that brings everyone together in song!
Now in our third year of participation, our Preparatory and Apprentice Choirs will perform a lively holiday set at Old Poway Park’s Christmas in the Park community event in mid-December. That same day, our most advanced ensemble, Chamber Choir, will perform in select holiday songs alongside The Westerlies - the GRAMMY-nominated brass quartet - at UCSD’s Conrad Prebys Concert Hall.
December performances will culminate at the Rady Shell, with members of our Apprentice and Premier Choirs joining the San Diego Symphony and the San Diego Master Chorale for the holiday favorite Noel Noel.
Whether you're joining us for a cherished holiday tradition or discovering SDCC for the first time, we can't wait to share the joy of music with you this season! Explore our full performance calendar below.
