We woke up at 6:00 a.m. this morning, exercised and the got ready for breakfast. When we got to breakfast everyone agreed that the food was great. The food is always fresh and the fresh fruit at every meal is delicious.

After breakfast we went to a 3 hour rehearsal with 300 other choristers. Rehearsal is fun but dramatic and intense. We are learning so great new methods of singing. After rehearsal we went to lunch which was wonderful just like breakfast. We had our first window of free time today and we went on a tour of the campus. We enjoyed visiting the book store.

After lunch we had a private rehearsal on our own because we are performing for everyone tonight. We then went back to another dramatic rehearsal for two hours this time with the full choir.

Rehearsals were finally over for the day and we went to dinner for another wonderful meal. We went to our rooms after dinner and dressed for the "Share Our Music" performance. The chaperones went over our uniforms thoroughly before departing for the church where we would perform. Dr. Froese told us that we did an exceedingly good job. We were first on the program and once finished we listened to other fantastic choirs.

We ended the evening with an ice cream a cookie social outside of the church. At nine o'clock here we still have day light. It gets dark about 9:20 p.m.

All in all, it was a hectic but great day.

Respectfully submitted by Saramaria, Hannah, April, Michelle, Jacque, Kathleen, Lauren, and Celine (Mrs. Poon's Chaperone Group).
