After an extremely restful night at the university (where we get our own little room, which is great and our own little bathrooms, which have a tendency to flood), some of us decided to do laundry in the launderette. (We had a free morning so it was great way to use it.) It was nice having clean clothes, although it took four cycles in the dryer to get our clothes only slightly dry. While washing our clothes we played cards and even convinced some chaperones to participate.

Then it was time for us to get in the couch for a tour. We had planned on going hiking but because of the weather we went to the town with the second longest name in the world. Are you ready, it's called "Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwypndroewalliantysiliogogogoch."

The reason for the town's name is that the residents thought it would boost tourism if they included all of the town's attractions in its name. Filled with twisting stairways, dark passages, and tall towers, it was definitely worth the admission price of £3.50.

Leaving much too soon for us, we boarded the coach once more and drove back to the university for dinner and rest.

Kelsey and Kate
