We started early on Friday to head to Nurnberg. On the bus, we played careers, talked, read, slept, and gave makeovers to the guys. We arrived at the Jugendgastehaus Youth Hostel around 2:00 P.M. There are five or six people to a room.

We then went by bus to Stadtskirche in Schwabach. The church was spectacular!!! The janitor and curator opened up the ornate altar. It had 40 sculptures, shiny gold sheets, and bright paint. We felt really special because the altar is normally opened on Easter.

While Youth Choir was rehearsing, Concert Choir ate a delicious dinner at the Goldern Stern across the square. There was soup, salad, meat, motza balls, and fruit salad. Our complements to the chef!!!

We gave a great concert in this historical and beautiful church. All the soloists were awesome, Mr. Herman did a great job, and we sang wonderfully. After the standing ovation, we had ice cream and went back to the youth hostel. Overall, it was a great day.
