Morning:

Well, we are half-way done with out trip (I almost regret saying that!). We are leaving Victoria and Vancouver Island today, and our wonderful homestays, and we are heading towards Vancouver. The four of us are in a sisterly relationship at this point in the trip. You know, the kind where we love each other to death, but we bicker with each other constantly. I keep telling them, "it's only healthy." Our homestays were wonderful, and it was sad to say goodbye. The good experience has made me anxious to meet my new homestays tonight. This tour is taking its toll on me finally. I find myself catching up on my "Z's" in the bus on the way to our next events. This trip has been more than I ever dreamed it would be; I'm glad I got to go with the choir on one last trip before I take a "break" from it for awhile. I will take home with me wonderful memories from this trip that will last a lifetime.

Night:

We completed our evening concert with about 6 other groups. It was a long concert, and although it was good, I was anxious to go to sleep. Our homestay is SO WONDERFUL! She and her mother are SO friendly! They made Janelle and me feel right at home. We stopped at McDonalds and grabbed a bite to eat then made the 1 hour drive back to their house. We got there at about 11:30-12:00 and I have never slept so well in my life. This trip has been great!
