We are all happy and healthy and are having a wonderful time. No one has gotten lost or thrown overboard. The girls are rehearsing beautifullly and have a performance tomorrow night in Juneau.

To all the parents, choir members, directors, volunteers....especially Ken Herman, thank you so much for keeping this choir alive. I am going through so many emotions right now. I graduated from the SDCC in 1998. I was in the choir for 8 years, since the first day it began. As I looked through this website, memories came flooding back to me...the England/Scottland tour, the Italy tour, all the friends I made, the songs we sang (I can still remember the words and harmonies)...and mostly, Polly. Polly gave me the chance to discover myself and the chance to shine. I miss her terribly and hate myself for not making it back to SD for her passing. I'm sure you can imagine what an impact she and the choir had on my life. Anyways, thank you.

Hi All,
I sadly viewed the last bunch of pictures, and again they were awesome.
Many thanks to Ruth, Kathy, Donna, Mrs. Hargett, Dr. Kranz, Sandra, all other volunteers, and chaperones for taking care of our kids so far away from home. Thanks again for giving our kids an opportunity of a lifetime.
Can't wait for the new year for I know it's going to be a good one.

Welcome home Choristers & Chaperones!!! Glad to have you all home safely. Everyone seemed tired but happy about the trip - wishing it didn't have to end.
Many, many thanks to everyone who made this trip possible. And thanks to the "behind the scenes" people who made the trip possible and the pictures available (Joe Marandola & Kathy Huang)to allow those staying in the States to enjoy the trip, too! We really appreciate it.

It's been wonderful to be able to see all the pictures as the group toured on. We are very much looking forward to viewing the video footage, to hear your singing voices and all!
