Danielle Balestra is SDCC’s most recent addition of Community Relations Coordinator. Ms. Balestra is a recent graduate of The Art Institute of California- San Diego, earning her B.A. in Advertising. A lover of all things design, Ms. Balestra enjoys creative photography and typography whether in front of a computer or a sketch pad. When she's not designing websites and fliers she enjoys getting as far away from civilization as possible and partakes in many hikes and camping opportunities. Originally from New York, Danielle moved to California in 2009 in an effort to study the ways of the west coast. She comes to SDCC from a family of musicians and although she claims to not be musically inclined anymore, she is still the first one to turn on the radio in the office.

Ms. Balestra will be in charge of photographing the major performances for SDCC and keeping them updated on our website. She will also be handling our marketing, public relations and event publications.
