2004 - Australia
During the Summer of 2004 Summer, the Youth Ensemble of the San Diego Children's Choir traveled to Australia. The Choir group, consisting of 30 Youth Choristers, Chaperones and Music Leaders, toured and performed from Melbourne to Sydney.
Australia is known for its choral excellence and has fostered many youth choir organizations - including a few that have visited San Diego during recent years and have been hosted by SDCC. Thus the tour contained hosting and joint performances with outstanding local choirs in Australia.
